Licensed originally in 1987, specializing in Residential homes, Corporate Relocation, as well as, a previous sales representative for Centex Homes, a national homebuilder upon their initial introduction to Columbus and the surrounding area which provided me with extensive knowledge in the home building/new homes industry.

My concentration is primarily luxury homes, both in client purchase and resale,  however, I also find great joy in working with first-time homes buyers as well as all past and present homebuyers and sellers that I have been fortunate enough to represent at all price points.

I am extremely familiar with the entire metro Columbus area including all outlying suburbs. Satisfied clients and return business comes to me without fail along with a numerous amount of referrals from all of my former clients and other Realtors who are only area specific. Whether it is purchasing a home or needing market representation to sell your current home, I will guide you through the entire process with the smoothest transition possible providing you with all knowledge related to the home purchasing or home selling processes.

While I work with any/all professions, I am the recipient of the MD Preferred Services Realtor designation for Columbus and surrounding suburbs for the 2nd consecutive year.  With this designation I am able to represent both physicians and other medical professionals in their real estate needs as a recognized specialist. In 2011, more than 2/3 of my business base derived from physician and health care professionals representation in the purchase or sale of their property. As a business professional, I recognize the challenges of a busy career and am able to guide you in the process with the courtesy and dedication needed to help you realize your goals while keeping you completely informed from beginning to end allowing for the most delightful, stress free, and enjoyable property purchase or sale for you and those involved in your move.
